This policy explains how MOREpanache handles the personal data collected through morepanache.com. We collect the strict minimum, we never sell it, and we only use it to do what you ask of us.

01Who we are

morepanache.com is published by MOREpanache, the communication and digital marketing studio run by Vincent Herbelet. It is a sole proprietorship based in Amsterdam, registered with the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under KVK 59874929 (VAT NL002443736B35). 02What we collect

• The information you give us. When you write to us or send a message, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to write.
• Technical data. Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for the security and proper operation of the site. This site uses neither advertising cookies nor tracking.

03Why we use it

To reply to you, provide and improve our services, keep the site secure, and meet our legal obligations. Under the GDPR, our legal bases are your consent, the performance of a contract or of steps taken at your request, and our legitimate interest in running a reliable and secure site.

04Where your data is stored

The site is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Geneva, Switzerland, on servers located in Switzerland. Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection: transfers from the European Union are therefore permitted. Emails you send us may be processed by our email provider.

05Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it with the providers who help us run the studio, such as our host and our email provider, and only to the extent necessary, or where the law requires it.

06How long we keep it

We only keep your personal data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and then delete or anonymise it.

07Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of or objection to its processing, and receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise these rights, write to hey@morepanache.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

08Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page always indicates the version in force.
